Feature Request: Bank Export & Slovak Language Parsing

Hi team,

I have a feature request that would significantly improve the expense tracking experience.

Could you please add the ability to import bank statement exports (e.g., CSV or Excel) and automatically convert them into expense records?

Additionally, it would be incredibly helpful if the import tool could support and correctly parse Slovak text from these bank statements, allowing for accurate categorization of local transactions.
