No time when adding recurring transactions

and add a setting under Notifications, something like:

“Notifications for recurring transactions” and the options can be “1 day before”, “2 days”, “3 days”, “1 week”, “1 month”.

User will receive all the recurring transactions notifications at 00:00 hours from the day of the option selected.
